Newcomer / Intro Forum Accout Stuck - "Can't change while no password"

I'm getting an error when I try to change my name. It says I can't do that while there's no password associated with my account.

I don't understand this - I supply my username and password when I log in.

I attempted to enable two-step authentication, however when I enter the code from Authy, it is stuck in "Please enter in the format requested".

How can I get these resolved, please?

I'd message BrettC about this. He's the admin. Two-step auth was a pain in the butt on the old Forum and I don't expect it will be better now. Plus he can change your username outright.

edit: Damn, I just checked and he's on vacation until 28th.
Looks like you're going to be The Wonko throughout the April.

I had a login prob after the recent update and had to use the password for my Frontier store account.
Maybe you've got a similar issue?

@Maenden - I had to create an account with my store login; I think that's the only option now. Love your avatar, btw.
