Phonetically, and taking into account different languages as well, there's bound to be some names that can be misinterpereted as swearing/offensive.
I'm sort of surprised no one's found an angle on a nebula somewhere which makes it look offensive (and subsequently a thread will pop up exclaiming "oooh, that's disgusting!").

However you look at it there is no getting away from the fact that there are a lot of blatant play on words in names by Frontier in game... and fair play to them for adding a bit of humour.
Another system that might of evaded the swear-filter is "Turdetani" ... (well it made me smile)
