If you don't acknowledge the fact that there is a difference between C3 and 3C, than you might indeed as well give up.
If you want to get the point across that there is a 3C gimballed pulse laser in game, at least call it a 3C gimballed pulse laser, instead of a C3 gimballed pulse laser.

Then I can only suggest to the OP to contact support and simply ask about the C3 lasers and whether or not they indeed are c-rated.
