So I engage to Frameshift and the counter stays at 000.000 and I can't open any menus. Could anybody helpmeet with this?

Just connection failure...
middle man internet servers have been up and down alot on Monday the 24th some failures made web news web sites which is silly as many sites were unreachable so ypu could not read some new sites as the connection to them stopped...
As its middle man servers its not the host issue but the crappy servers between the user and there target location server. that are not connecting..
