Challenge mode is the mode they specifically created for players who wanted an offline franchise mode.I understand the server problems due to the new release of the game, but why not just play offline, but do not get the animal market out of use.
Challenge mode tells you how long an animal stays for sale, so you can take your time, look it up in the zoopedia and take a pee. After all that, and the time hasn't passed yet, you can still buy it. Nobody will buy it if you are late. Don't expect much of the quality though. You have to breed them into better bloodlines. For some people that may be a challenge and others let it all yoloLol I was playing in career mode just to play through the story and unlock maps. Popped into franchise mode and like even little animals like aardvarks are like 500 conservation credits a pop for the cheapest ones right now. Frontier zoo cash listings are gone before you even are able to click on them. Pretty much just how I figured it was going to be. I'm really not sure why frontier thought this would be a good idea. =/
Guess I'll be playing challenge mode, too. lol
Yep. I know which is much preferred to having to farm conservation points with like exhibit animals before you can actually buy a breeding pair of anything in online franchise. That just doesn't sound very fun to me. I am a little disappointed you can't delete all the buildings in the scenario maps for Challenge mode though. I quite like the quarry map, but do not like the old buildings =/Challenge mode tells you how long an animal stays for sale, so you can take your time, look it up in the zoopedia and take a pee. The only problem with challenge mode is that you have to do all of that tedious research again. The research in this game is so painfully slow that it puts me off ever going into challenge mode. Plus, the games challenges are not very interesting, so that makes challenge mode dull. I have grinded through franchise mode and have generated thousands of conservation credits, but I can't face going through the lag in the animal markets or the servers crashing every 20 minutes. There are no real benefits of franchise mode being online-only anyway, you don't interact with other players so why isn't there an offline mode?
I understand that challenge mode is essentially franchise mode but offline, but the idea of having interconnected zoos is pretty fun. So, it would be nice to have an offline mode.
Cc is very easy to earn (way to easy in my opinion)... And franchise is the mode where you ' need to work your way up'. If you want certain things right away franchise is not the mode for you.Yep.
