Franchise server issues since update

Is anyone else getting franchise server disconnects constantly since the new update? I can't even start the game for the last 2 days without a disconnect.
 
The issues continue. I have not been able to load a zoo even once (I have been trying every day) since I first posted. I have tried both in Windows and GeForce Now to be sure it isn't a GeForce issue. I play late at night (US time) when the servers usually aren't too busy. What gives, Frontier? I am beyobnd frustrated with this.
 
This is unfortunetly not a new issue. I have had this for over a year, that some days it's not even possible to get into my Franchise zoo's for days even after trying for hours. It usually takes me between 30min and a few hours of constant disconnects before being able to enter a zoo and if i dare to use the market to try and buy an animal it starts again. The first animal usually works fine, but if i try to buy more than one I get disconnected again and have to wait a few minutes to over an hour before I can connect again...
Most days it's unplayable and I spend more time being disconnected than actually playing

This is older, but I am bumping it because I've been having the same issue. It's the same issue I've always had, but it's been especially bad the past few days. Anywhere from 10 min to an hour into a play session (today it's happening every few minutes, so I am having to give up on playing), I get that message insisting I am not connected to the internet, even though I am (speed tests indicate about 560 Mb per second). No other game or application that requires an internet connection does this. I get back on if I relog, but given the time it takes to get back into the game, especially franchise mode, this isn't an ideal solution. Makes me want to give up on playing.

My antivirus program is set to allow planet zoo, and I've restarted my router.

I've posted bug reports about this issue 2 or 3 times on the Frontier issue reporting site over the years, but they always expire. If anyone else is having this issue lately, please go over and add to my report thread so it doesn't expire again. The system for reporting issues is somewhat inefficient, since individual reports on the same issue get dropped unless a certain number of people add to them withing a set time frame.

Got an email saying a ticket was submitted. Don't know what will come of it, though. The issue is still happening for me today, and I've restarted my router, checked my connection speed and all that.

Hope it will be fixed soon. It`s so bad currently. Everything`s taking so long and I can`t even properly buy Animals. It takes so much Time currently just to finish something that should`ve probably been finished Hours ago already
 
Please, if anyone at all from the Planet Zoo staff is out there, could you respond?

I love this game. I own every DLC. But I stopped playing for 3 months because the server issues were SO bad. I started again a couple of months ago and things were OK for a while- I could play for maybe an hour before I got disconnected. Now we are back to where I cannot even start the game. As others have said- no other online game has this issue! PLEASE address this.

Did you see that they closed your Issue Tracker case and said it wasn't a bug?

Technically it isn't one. Just Server Problems. But I hope they can fix them if they weren't already. It was so incredibly bad yesterday. Absolutely frustrating and everything I wanted to do took Hours. Even needed to inbreed my Water Buffalos to prevent the Herd from dying off, because the Problems were so bad that I couldn't even buy new Animals
 
Well the issue is still going on for me and some selected friends, others don't have that issue any longer. Strange. I just wanted to spend my holiday in the game, but it is not fun like this :(

😔 Sad to hear that. Good to hear though that it at least works better now for some People

I've gotten emails from the support crew. At first they gave me the usual suggestions: check my antivirus permissions, delete cookies and cache from steam etc. Today, though, I got an email saying there was a server side issue causing this that should be resolved now. It is better than yesterday, when it was disconnecting every five minutes. Today I can play for half an hour or so before it boots me off and I have to log out and back in. But still far from optimal.:cry:
