Fraudster Mission Givers!!!

This has been happening more and more recently, anyone else?

The Mission Providers standing around every Concourse; giving out missions that offer material/s.... so you go and successfully complete their mission, return to them for your payment of selected MATERIALS; only to find that NOW only meager CASH rewards are on offer x2 (one of the two cash offers presumably erasing the chosen MATERIAL reward!)

I have seen it happen recently. No idea what caused it, so assumed it was a bug.
I also see missions offered that only have two rewards plus one clearly broken reward. Assume that's a bug too.

While you can haggle for higher payouts, the mission conclusions are indeed bugged out sometimes.
-if you are 100% sure you have room for the mats, you can file bug/issue report with screenshots.

While it's likely a bug, could work as a "feature".

After all, what do you expect? Every single person in the galaxy to be honest and not try to rip you off? Don't be so naive.
