General / Off-Topic Frontier manipulates the aurora borealis

In Iceland, this aurora borealis has took the appearance of a Phoenix, a bird legendary and endowed with longevity, and capable of reborn of its ashes

Whenever I look at things like this I think of unconvincing faces of the virgin Mary found on a cheese wotsit or whatever.

But this is the aurora borealis so it's inherently cool and really good, all hail the sky god.

Awesome. The Norse believed the lights were the souls of warriors travelling to Valhalla, so the appropriate god to hail would be Odin. Though, the phoenix comes from Egyptian mythology.
