Screamride Frontier / Microsoft problem for years

I KNOW there is a thread from the devs on this yet for years I have gotten NOWHERE.This is about Screamride not showing any results in the LEVEL CENTER no matter what criteria I use.

Been dealing with this for years, yet Microsoft gets to the point that they insist I contact Frontier on the issue.

Someone here or on Microsoft is not doing their job and I want answers. Why does this only work for a few days ?

Anyone have any suggestions since Frontier is blaming Microsoft and yet Microsoft fails to do anything ?

This second post in this thread, forgive me if the wording is poor but I sadly suffer from old age.

As of the time of me typing there sadly is no response from anyone. And no offense to Frontier does that show you the way this game is going ? Except for on this forum there is no topic anywhere about this, except to the one I started on the xbox forum. I mean seriously , I know Frontier states that it is Microsofts responsibility to update the game (etc) but the people that are supposed to be updating the game with patches is Frontier, NOT Microsoft.

Cant someone from Frontier get on this ?

You people make a great fun game. and I know that downloading others levels are a small part of the game, but PLEASE helps us out in some form with this game. According to the responses this game seems to be dying, when I look around it appears I am the only one fighting this issue online , and discussing it on the forums with PMs and stuff.
When you first get the game the LEVEL CENTER works fine for a day or two but once that connection is made you only have at most a week before the game can no longer find the server and that portion of the game is dead forever. Unless you contact MS support and now after years its almost like I am blacklisted.

So please Frontier pitch in and help. Please. Any suggestions from forum members and staff would be appreciated. Microsoft offered me a full refund yesterday but I feel give it another try before I agree to it.

PS moderator Thank You for letting my new topic go thru. I appreciate the chance for us to talk this over.

A read a few days ago I read this game is now in Microsofts BC list so expect the posts here to hopefully it will light a fire under MSs butt to get it solved.

Thanks but I already had communication with Frontier support and it was a failure. I had communication over a year ago. Plus this game isnt even listed there.

My orignal post has details of all my frustrations and failures with both sides

But thansk I already did what you suggested anyway

Well its finalized . They dont care. Supposedly its Microsoft problems now since they made up that excuse.

Time for a refund, and all the friends on my friends list. Missing a feature in the game.
