Frontier: Please let me know if you need assistance adding Intamin's 1st generation freefall to the 1.3 update

Already have a placeholder model in place! What does everyone think?

Nice! I worked on SF Great Adventure's "Freefall" back in the late '80s when it was fairly new. Would be very nostalgic to see it in the game, as there are only a few left in parks around the US.

I made one using the coaster with vertical lift and drop. But didn't finish the supports. You did a great job. RCT3 has a CFR of this, and Theme Park Studio has a freefall as well. My local park Dorney Park has the Demon Drop from Cedar Point. It was originally built in 1983 at Cedar Point. So was Great Adventure's. I think theirs is gone. You should upload that to the workshop. I would love to use it. I could figure out how to build the coaster on it to make it a working ride. At the part on the bottom of the drop where the cars are flat on their backs then reverse and go vertical to return to the station I would twist the coaster track sharply downward to take it to the station level. I would have to have it curve off of the main structure in order to curve it down and back to the station.

I'd love for them to add this coaster in. They tend to add unique ones every time, this is definitely unique enough to be part of the game.
It's one of my favourite coasters so hopefully it makes it in one day.

This isn't a launched freefall, it's an Intamin 1st gen freefall. The cars get hoisted up a vertical lift in the tower, then move out and drop down the curving drop, leaving riders on their backs, then the car reverses down a drop and returns to the station, becoming vertical again. my local park, Dorney Park has Demon Drop from Cedar Point. They rebuilt it at Dorney in 2010. It was originally built in 1983. RCT3 has a working ride from CFH Rides. Here is the page with a vid to show you how the ride works. Theme Park Studio also has one, but that game seems to be dead. http://cfhrides.wixsite.com/cfhrides/free-fall I might be able to make this a working ride using the vertical lift coaster.

This is the Intamin 1st generation Freefall tower at Canevaworld Movieland Park, Italy (near Lake Garda). It is called Hollywood Tower.

Well, I made a working ride with it using the vertical lift coaster. What I did is have the cars leaving the station and go around a loop to the back of the tower, then up the lift and then down the drop then veer off to the side and loop around a very tight loop, then down to station level and return to the station. It functions very similar to the real ride with just a few differences. At least peeps will be able to ride it now. There already was a coaster with the structure, but it didn't go up the tower. Mine does. I had to delete some of the X supports and bars where the track goes through the tower. I wish though that there was a vertical lift coaster with 4 seater cars with just one row of seats.

In RCT 2 and 3 in had 8 of those things side by side, launching at the same moment. I cant wait for this to be in game.

You're probably talking about this: http://rct.wikia.com/wiki/Reverse_Whoa_Belly_Roller_Coaster

This ride is based off of Mr. Hyde's Nasty Fall from my hometown park which is now defunct :(

There are multiple ways to add an existing coaster track to this model to at least have something for people to ride. You can do what Robert K has done, add the torque coaster (Like what I did in the model posted to the workshop), or something else; however these are just ways to have something function within the structure. Hoping Frontier adds the real deal!
