Yeah. I couldn't find a section and the "issues" reporting site doesn't cover the store.
Maybe they're UK exclusives. 
I've reported the thread, so hopefully it'll get noticed by someone who can pass it on.

Contact the accounts department. They will be devastated to know people can't spend money, and it will be fixed forthwith.
Tweet em , or a support ticket. But it's the weekend, so don't expect it to change before Monday.
You may be surprised - I had a ticket responded to on Christmas Day while I was having a drink at a local pub!
You don't want to suggest Christmas support to some of the characters around here

I only discovered the crypsis when I went looking in livery to see what paint jobs looked like for the Phantom. In the store web page, they don't show except in Euros and UKpounds.
