I am starting to think that is why we are not getting all ship items at one time.

I submitted a ticket. Frustrating that this has happened. I even tried changing computers and tablets. Can't imagine why it's happening (I bought the laser color thing two weeks ago, so it's more than 7 days)

I was able to buy paint and a few extras on several accounts recently. I did not have a PayPal option this time, but my CC info went through fine.

I had the same problem with the frontier store page. I usually buy things from the official page, as FDev doesn't have to share the profit but I ended up using the steam page to buy the weapon skins this time.
