Hi, im trying to purchase the Odyssey add on for ED, when i try to checkout i cant select a payment option. I've tried on my comp & my phone.what?

Does it not give you a radio button for "new payment"?
If you select that and go on through the following screens you should end up at a page asking for Paypal or CC ...
That is how it worked for me in the past, I assume the same still applies.

You don't have any script or ad blockers active do you?

Oh right, well looks like you need to fill out a support request like I linked earlier, hopefully someone will be able to sort you out quickly even though it is a holiday.

P.S. I just tried to do a purchase for an alt account and I got exactly the same error message even with all restrictions disabled in that browser tab. So it is a website issue, not your end. Maybe they will sort it quick to stop them losing sales.
