Frontier: Unable to conclude purchase from your store due to OTP not being sent

Today at 05:30 UTC I tried to checkout with a credit card in your store, Card details were accepted but unable to coclude the transaction due to OTP number not being sent.
I contacted my card provider and they said that the issue is not with them as the OTP number has to be sent by Frontier.

Now, I really want to pimp my ship, could you put some hussle on this problem please :))

Never mind just received a email with number, it took forever to arrive 06:00 UTC, but no SMS notification.
