Frontier; We Need Basic InGame Search Functionality/Tools

I'm tired of having to use Inara.cz and similar community sites to figure out where I can find Interstellar Factors, technology brokers etc in your video game. The year is 3307 and basic Google like search engine functionality is non existing?

It dosent have to be tied to the ship, it can be a simple option in the starport services, anything you can mange to prevent me from having to alt tab out of the game so often.

I know you are busy with space legs, but its been 8 years already, PLEASE give us this QoL funtionality as soon as possible after Space legs (or before).

not to derail this thread, but as i'm not a native speaker - why is Ingame capitalized as InGame in this title? shouldn't it be "in Game" or "Ingame"?

Probably the OP isn't native either - it should really be hyphenated as in-game IMHO.

A shame they made such a fuss as the suggestion is ok - the in-game tools are not great for finding simple stuff. Not worth shouting about though, and raised many many times already.

The suggestion itself is sound, but the examples are quite poor as they're some of the very few where you don't really need any 3rd party tools to locate them for once.

You don't see them if you haven't visited the system.
Galmap is pretty lame.
Surely some interface to search your nearest service would be appropriate after all these years.

I'd rather keep my laptop by my side and use it as a searching tool, instead of having to go through the hurdles of using in-game (see what I did there?) search of any kind. Not to even talk about the fact that using that type of in-game search on the console version is a pain in the behind.
