Imay, a bit more transparency please - no problem if it takes longer, but don't just let us hanging. Is it really "any minute now" or "not worth wasting more time and come back in xx"? We've already lost more than an hour of precious weekend time...
Haven't got an ETA for you I'm afraid. As soon as the team can give me more info on timing, I will post here

Your problem is many IT issues are usually a case of "This should fix it and we will be up in 30 seconds... but it's taking 5 mins... and it didn't work". Transparency only works where it doesn't lead to dissapointment.
