Newcomer / Intro fsd booster module

I have got everything I need for the guardian fsd booster i have the shock mounts Then I went to guardian tech broker, did everything, it said the booster is waiting in outfitting but I cant find it. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong

You have to buy them in outfitting - wording is jobbie

Some things at tech brokers you buy with stuffz - others you unlock the ability to buy them - FSD boosters, Guardian HRPs etc etc
