Fuel Scoop Engineering Improvements

We could use some sort of fast scoop engineering blueprint like 80-100% increased scoop rate at G5 - of course counterbalanced with e.g. increased power draw and decreased integrity. This would help ships like the DBX, which is punished with the lack of a class 5 slot or the Alliance Challenger which is actually restricted to a 3A fuel scoop in case you try making some sort of multirole vessel out of it.

Oh Yes - let's not have any of this nonsense where there are drawbacks to particular ships - lets give all ships size 8 slots, built-in universal limpet control and 9 huge hard-points.

With a dbx, i found dropping to a 16t fuel tank mentally tricked me into thinking my scoop was scooping quicker

Dunno why but i never downgrade my fuel tank. The fear of non scoopable zone maybe

Well I kinda understand were everyone want their fav ship to be more powerfull.

That is also why for long time i'v said "there is always a but with lakon"

But this is hard to balance , I do feel that some ship could have so much more potential with just small adition , but balance ship in ED seems so complicated. Sometimes just adding new compartment on an explorer and woush ! he become a warmachine ...

Edit : Not so long ago I read some post about more specialized compartment , that could be a very good idea.
