Wear wrist weights.

During jumps or SC, just move your limbs in your chair.

I just run the game from a coffee table in front of my 47" big screen, nothing fancy but works for me.
Everything is wireless, as my rig is in the corner of the room.
(Notice Cup of coffee, most important item).

Agreed, coffee IS the important piece of hardware, tho I question your laptop and even that mini-mouse by it....
