Similar to the Random Mission mechanic where it appears in your Coms.
A Galactic Pilot Bounty for a a real or NPC Commander will appear and the value of their bounty as well as their last location. If you accept the mission, you must pay up to 10% of the bounty to enable temporary realtime tracking.

Tom Clancy's The Division, and Red Dead Redemption had something like this. When you caused a bunch of trouble in the online by killing other players, your location eventually got broadcasted to everyone else in the online free roam. That way you could either track them down or know where to avoid going.
