Newcomer / Intro Galactic coordinates

I am trying for the first time to explore the limits of the galaxy but going upwards, not outwards.
Just as a matter of curiosity, where can I find the galactic "z" coordinate of the star I reached?

If you're on PC then it is shown in your journal file in an "FSDJump" event.

If not then you can search for the system in eddb.io and that will show you the coordinates.

Argh...
What the hell was i thinking when I purchased the damned Xbox?

I guess excellent console exclusive games are a reason for it - like red dead redemption for Xbox and horizons zero dawn for play station. i would love to play both, but I won't buy a console and use an input, where I have to commit both hands to the input device. What were they thinking, who designed that?- With which hand will I have a sip of my tea while playing then? As well one of the reasons I won't even use VR or a headset while gaming - it is in the way.
