Galaxy Map Spinning Bug

Hi

Does anyone know of a fix on how to stop the galaxy map from spinning? I also cant search the galaxy map by typing in names.

I have searched for solutions but could only find one video on the topic which gave me no help on how to fix the issue.

LOL. You do have a point. But the galaxy spinning is not my concern, its the map lol

I'm guessing you have a joystick axis / throttle bound to rotate, and it's not centered / calibrated. Try unbinding the map navigation binds.

No joystick as of yet. I'm currently re-installing the game and trying out a new mouse and keyboard to see if my hardware is the problem. If the problem persists after the installation I will try playing around with the bindings and see how i get on.

For anyone who comes across this if you have an xbox controller plugged in while booting up the game it seems to affect the ability to navigate the menus or the galaxy map. Or at least is this what happened in my case.
