So if the federation has won, why is Jupiter Division still the controlling faction and no assets given to the winning faction. As well as the system permit is still given to everyone, what was the point of the cg exactly?
CG wars are special, they get triggered no matter the current influences and they never include assets. Since assets aren't included, the system control doesn't change. You can do it now by working towards triggering another war, since it doesn't need a CG for that...
