How many zoos have rides or large numbers of them?

The point is, though, Jurassic World is a big resort. Guests go there from all over the world. They'll need leisure and other forms of entertainment since they're likely staying there for days or even weeks. Having rides (doesn't necessarily have to be rides) gives us more things to place down to make the place seem full and busy. Regardless, even if they added rides, you don't have to place any down if you don't want so I don't really see the problem.

It's a big resort featuring extinct animals people have never seen outside of bones in a museum. They obviously came there to see Dinosaurs. Not to see amusement rides they could see at home in any major theme park or traveling carnival.

I really don't see the issue. If you don't want them don't add them into your park. The way I see it, people want as much variety as they can regardless of there being previously extinct animals there. It'd be a plus for the guests. It doesn't need to be there, but it fills out space with more variety.

Well, comparing a zoo (even most the largest in the world) to an island of the archipelago we have more space for more attractions for visitors.

around the city where I live, there is a zoo with entrance to an amusement park (sounds strange, but it is real) I have not counted the total attractions of this park but I estimate that there are about 30, counting rides in mini cars, motorboats, 2 large roller coasters , houses of terror among other things.

Now, these islands are more than a prehistoric zoo for our visitors, it is a tourist center where thousands of people around the world will visit it and therefore we have hotels to host them, a tourist center must have "passive" attractions for them. of the zoo, obviously a one dinosaur is more impressive than any attractions but even so, being a tourist center in addition to a zoo full of dinosaurs visitors need to relax with other attractions such as some cinema, balloon tours, swimming pools, courts of tennis or some recreational game, serpentarium-style areas or museums that teach visitors information about our dinosaurs.

contemplated that perhaps apart from hotels let us build individual cabins per family where they can go on a "picnic" or some attraction where we can observe our dinosaurs in a different way that a traditional observatory.

i know this is a not other "Planet Coaster" game, man, is a Jurassic World! and a new turistic center.

This is well said!

While I agree that people don't go to something like a massive dinosaur zoo/wildlife preserve for rides, I also agree that there needs to be smaller attractions and a ride or two. When staying in a large resort, there has to be some diversity besides just safaris and viewing vents. Of course the hotels have TV (most likely mainly documentaries and dinosaur movies), but put a small shopping mall with a cinema and one or 2 roller coasters in that park, I can guarantee you they will constantly be busy.

The parks and their attractions do have a maximum capacity, adding more attractions will spread out the guests in the park and possibly cut down long queues for viewing attractions.

How about a park ranger training ground attraction:
Feed a dino(small and large) both herbivore and carnivore* guest disclosure about injury, maiming, loss of limb and death by being severed in half...required :p

Ride with a ranger in the jeep on their duties, kind of like meet the giraffes, but they may want to eat you... nom, nom human :p

Rifle training simulator- pacify docile and hostile versions of large and small dinos(both for guests and players)

Animal rescue, fly with the rangers as they care for the dino

Survival training simulator(or real for hard core guests!) you are dropped of in the park and have to get out of the gate... remember YOU are the snack! * guest disclosure about injury, maiming, loss of limb and death by being severed in half...required.

You're joking, right?
The main goal is to keep the dinosaurs and the guests separated from each other.
And letting guests handle weapons is one of the worst ideas imaginable, this isn't the wild west.

The most things I would like to see were always said here.
I would love to see 6 things:

1. Safari-Jeep-Tour
2. Boat-Tour
3. Rollercosters and a few other themepark attractions
4. Animals houses for small and / or nocturnal Dinosaurs
5. Different kind of shops and restaurants.
6. Different kind of Fences and "natural fenches" like "moats" ... is that the right english word for water barriers??

HMM guns eh...this isn't the wild west!... nope, princess you are not in Kansas anymore!

YEA......... about that....
IT IS A TRANQUILIZER gun! And you missed the "simulator" part out...

And having seen several vids of players attempting to knock out the dinos, i`d say that a ranger training sim is desperately needed for some of them! To say that they couldn't hit a brontosaurus at point blank range... hmmm

As for trolling - nope i`m serious.

Why not have a "day with a ranger" exhibit... people, rich people, stupid rich people would literally pay millions to do this kind of activity. So why shouldn't we let them indulge in such "entertainment" and make £££ off them, i'm a capitalist, and money is my language.. Jurassic park flavour!

Don't say "it breaks the in game immersion" - "oh Look honey we made a dino"... hmm yea... We are not talking about Dolly the sheep here people!(Google it), these things are H U G E!
And besides, it could be the main theme plot for Jurassic park XVII
Rich dumb couple go to JP and see the rangers, pay many £££ to pet the devilsaur and poo happens... CUE THE MUSIC!
And they could even make a game about it.... oh wait ...

I agree the safari truck would be great. But...with the absence of destroyable vehicles for some reason that would also add a conundrum for Frontier. Are you allowed to have safari trucks in a T-Rex exhibit. If a T-Rex can't topple a a safari truck and eat everyone, what is the incentive to avoid doing this? There is no risk and no realism. Financial risk is the biggest part of a management game; and if guests in a jeep in a T-Rex or Spinosaurus exhibit can't get eaten that creates huge marks against management oriented risk and realism. I mean; I think everyone expects this kind of risk in a Jurassic Park game; but for some reason Unviersal has tied Frontiers hands on this and did everyone a huge disservice. If guests can get chased down and eaten on foot I really don't see the game rating explanation behind forbidding destructive vehicles and the resulting consumption of the people within them.
