Game cannot be Started

I bought via Steam with high expectation the Deluxe version of the game a couple of days ago. When I tried to start the game I received an error "The game Hangs and cannot be started", I already did my own troubleshooting I upgraded the controllers for the GPU, the BIOS and all board drivers, but, nothing happened and I cannot play the game yet.
Why the game presents this kind of issues and has no solution? I read a lot of forums and pages, even the Frontier forums and the only answer I found is "sorry we are working on the issue, and a patch will come soon" that's not the answer I expect for a game I'm paying for.
I request gently you create an answer for all the people who bought the game because the game is so awesome when starts.
By the way... my laptop specifications overpass the required ones.

Good sir, the support team isn't replying to our posts in the support or bug report section. Only response i got was from other players with the same issue back in 2018. I hope yall are doing something over there regarding fixing this game aside from the updates that're coming.

Provide as many details as possible since it might help in resolving issues.

yeah i have, i think it's three times now i have created a ticket. same issue. and same response, you're gonna ask for my dxdiag, steam URL ID and all that. point is, it's 2019 now, april at that, any relevant news regarding this issue?
