Then the trains stop at the top of the climb waiting for the next train to arrive at the dock .. why stopped them! in real life, he does not stop and leave immediately! .....

The ones that would be nice is to have a button to close / test / open the rides / stands / roller coaster ect .. at the same time rather than one by one ... the same for the employees ..

I might be misunderstanding this, but I think you say the guests are still depressed after riding your coaster? Sounds like the coaster isn't fun then.

Sounds like the track is not clear yet for the next train to depart or exit the lifthill. Most likely something in the design is wrong.

Sounds like you have a problem with block sectioning. A train will only pass a blocksection, if the next section is free. This is a security mechanism that exists in the real world as well.
When designing a coaster you have to make sure that the next section of a track is free when a train would like to pass a specific block break section.
Another option would be to replace these block breaks with normal breaks. Be aware that with this solution you maybe won't be able to add another coastertrain on the track.
