Game Crash on every FSD Jump (XBox One)

Hello,

Is anyone having problems with Elite crashing on every FSD jump? It started yesterday shortly after the announced Xbox beta delays, but I'm just trying to play the base game (with Horizons - version 3.6.2.500) - not the Beta. I have tried to usual - reboot, clear cache etc, but to no avail. I have had FSD crashes randomly through the last few years, but never on every jump. I did manage to get into supercruise once but the game crashed seconds after. Is anybody else experiencing this after the announcement yesterday? Does anyone have recommendations to fix this? Thanks!

Hi, I played tonight and had no problems. I finished playing about two hours ago. I did not play beta, just base game with horizons. I'm using an Xbox one X. I've read problems similar to yours though. I believe a support ticket to Frontier might be necessary to fix your game. Someone with more experience may be able to shed more light on your issue. I may be wrong. Good luck man

Thanks for the reply Archer. Yeah, I have a feeling you are correct that I may need to get a ticket going. Its just seems so random. I will submit a ticket and post back here if I receive any helpful information.

i think the game keeps crashing cus the fsd keeps throwing us at the sum when we get out of the loading screen. frontier can we please drop out of fsd just a few more light secs away from the sun. its overloading our graphic's drivers.

I would say what the other guy said, place a support ticket and see whats up. If you're internet is decent and wouldn't be an issue I would also try to just uninstall the game and download it again.

I was playing most of the day today and had no issues other than some lag for a moment when playing with a wing. I should note I play on a day 1 xbox one (2013), so if it runs on my xbox fine it is deff something else so I would put a ticket in. Try the uninstall and reinstall, maybe could of had some corrupt file (idk how) with the fsd and just crashes the game when you use it.
