I just love how the AI in this game work... lol :p

I've also seen "I have no money left" on lots of my guests today, but when I check their economy, all of them have lots of money...
 
Ok so I checked this area for a few min, and there are at least 10 groups that go to a store, turn around and complain they have no money (when the economy shows they have 500 left), go to the next store, then the next and so on in what seems to be an endless loop... Not sure what to do about this -.-

This group went to all my chief beef stores, always turned around at the last second saying "I can't afford this" while they have over 500 left!

I think someone wrote some Time ago he/she observed that somehow the Game doesn't acknowledges when Guests got new Money which leads to Guests having more Money but being unable to buy something with it. I hope that's the Reason why my Guests are too thirsty and that there will be a Bugfix for it soon
 
I'm not sure if the problem have been this bad for long, I haven't really checked my guests that much lately, but a few days ago I noticed that the long lines I usually see at most of my stores were gone. Didn't think much about it until today, when I started looking at what my guests are doing. And it's not just a few groups that do this. It looks like it's more than 50% of the guests that do this regurarly... I can just cross my fingeres that my economy wont drop too much cause of this bug :(

Please check the link to the issue tracker I posted there as well and add a contribution. It still says it's confirming even though it already has the three contributions that are supposedly needed for PZ stuff to move to the next stage >.>

So yeah, the more people add something the better. And needless to say that I agree and it does impact shop profits quite a bit, which is why I stopped playing my franchise zoos ATM.

BTW, looking at your first post: that works in RL just as well. People see a long line and 90% of them will go queu there even though there's a completely empty one for the exact same thing right next to it...oh well, usually good for me 'cause I belong to the other 10% who are happy that they don't have to queu so long xD
 
Another update: checked one of the "shop loop" groups again. They have been in the zoo for over one hour and 30 min! And the zoo in question is pretty small. It seems like the guests get stuck in this loop and just walk from store to store, never stopping....
 
Pretty sure we can state that the AI of visitors needs to improve on some levels...

Don't play PC but for those who do: Are you able to relate to these issues, at some point ?

And I think I just found the problem with the issue tracker...the contributions did confirm and reproduce it but as far as I can tell only the one that ticked the "can reproduce" button actually counted as a confirming contribution -.-

So even though enough individual people are having this problem it doesn't count simply because an unnecessary box wasn't ticked, which I'm sure a lot of people actually don't even know 'cause it's only mentioned in the middle of the FAQ somewhere.

It's been a while since I played PC but I seem to remember that the guests weren't the brightest there either.

Though, to me, I gotta say the PZ ones actually seem worse...
 
Yeah, I've reported the issue with the money already in November 2019: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/10592
But now it says the status expired...

And that is probably why I couldn't find anything when I searched for it...yet another thing that shows that the tracker simply doesn't work like it should and this has a huge impact on the ingame economy, so it's really frustrating to see it fall under the rug as well. I gotta say, I really miss the good old bug report forums by now :/
 
It's a crappy system but I should point out that frontier staff have been clear in posts that expired does not mean they aren't trying to resolve it or that they think it has been resolved. Best bet is to mention it when another update comes out in the announcement thread if a community manager hasn't replied to this thread. They may be able to get an update for you.
 
Been checking a few times now and it seems to be the same thing each time. When a group is going home and decide to go the the food or drink shop on their way home, they get stuck in this loop of "not having money" when they actually do and going endlessly from shop to shop until I have a guard throu them out -.-
