game progress after beta

I'm thinking of buying the Beta, and was wondering if all progress made in the beta would be lost upon the release of the final game.

Welcome And yes, it will. What you do in Beta will be gone in Gamma. You will keep what you do in Gamma.

If we are lucky the last save wipe is going to happen with the release of Gamma. If no major bugs/exploits are found after that the should not be resets after that.

you can keep your experience though
and experience is priceless. but all cr will be wiped at least once (with gamma).

p.s. there is NO progress possible in beta anyway

With the beta you keep your personal progress on the experience of the game

You can see the beta as a training period sk that when full release comes, youll have a good grasp of the core mechanics and get a smoother beginning

Personalky, i never want beta/pre-official-release progress to remain, when a game is finally released everyone should be starting at the same "level".
