aside of the launcher info ping paddy himself
the game servers are hired by fd from amazon ecs the main servers are located Ireland dublin the head end being fd offices in cambridge england
then relayed around the world
ec2-reachability.amazonaws.com
it is possible some areas go down whilst others remain ok ie a relay has fallen over
you can also come here to see if there are many others having issues like there recently have been most of the day yesterday up to around 5pm
thankfully most of the time aside of just after a major patch like the 26th release its highly unusual for them to be down apart from thursday morning maintenance period
