Games force reactivates certain Utility modules after shut-down

Hey all,

Not sure if this is a well-know thing, but it wasn't known to me... until it happened...

To keep cool (Thargoid stuff) I disable certain modules once I'm where I need to be. So, FSD will be turned off when I arrive to save power (heat). As will the AFMU until I need it. When I run multiples of certain Utility modules, I do the same for those. So, if I have two or three Caustic Sinks for example, I'll turn two off (2% power saving each) until the first is depleted. However, I've noticed that with Caustic Sinks, if I get hit by a shut-down - even the quick one from those missiles - when my ship reactivates, it automatically turns those explicitly disabled Modules back on again.

This seems like a bug or oversight, don't you think?
