The light rendering is not working for both eyes in the Oculus Rift DK2, i have only Lightning effects from UI Elements on my left Eye, the right Eye only renders the UI Element without lightning.
2500K @ 4GHz, 970GTX everything at high. Changing Shadow option does not solve the problem

Frontier really really really need something about server status to prevent all these "greyed out start button" issues. It needs to be massive priority before launch in my opinion. One of the following, at least:

1. Put something on the launcher screen to show server status and connectivity
2. Put something next to the start button to explain why it won't start
3. Put a link on the launcher to a web page that has the server status on it (this ought to be a really simple thing compared to the others if you're pushed for development time)

Then, put something on social media (Twitter, Facebook) to say when servers go offline and when they're back.

Ok Guys, I've had this START button issue since Gamma loaded. Just select Tutorials then back out. Still grey? then click on options - back to menu and hopefully START available. I've just done this 60 secs ago!

What does this mean?

It means you can't try to hyperspace to nebulae as they aren't valid targets - you have to jump to a star.
