Yes it was, but you can bet that we won't get tired of stressing that topic every time we are being barred from playing by server issues. When a connection issue arises it's time to mention the missing offline mode. That's just how it's going to be, and rightly so.
This is starting to remind me of Space Engineers. Every thursday there is 1 patch and 2 hotfixes for it the next day

Heh....I do not see much problems with it. I found that beefing up your Engines and the Interspace Engines goes along way to deal with those s, since I have been getting lot of interdictions, but never pulled out of space for the past 3 days since Gamma went live.

Well, I'm in, but unable to select any outfitting screens or commodities market etc
