The landing bug hasn't been fixed yet. Sometimes when I approach the landing pad the ship coordinates change instantly so I even may find myself inside the station! Just happened again in the Mokosh system, Lubin terminal. I somehowe managed to crawl through the station geometry scratching the ship a bit.
Besides, the bug when a pad may just not get activated unless you cancel the docking and request it again is still here..

I've been killed by this "jumping station" bug a lot of times since Gamma.
It looks like it's something old too: https : //forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=39748 but I'm not sure if it's called "jumping station" or something else, so I wasn't able to do a lot of research on this.

BTW, I still have to see it ONCE while playing solo, what about you all?
My 2c as a programmer: when some other player SC out near the station, there's a recalculation of the coordinates system that moves either the station or the other players/ships.

Just wrote out a whole reply on how my E8400 dual core runs beautifully on this since Gamma 1.04, but I was told I used bad language. Which I did not. I even gave specific details on all of my hardware so that people could benefit. I am proud to be a financial backer but never again will I take the time to give information here boys and girls. Your game is fantastic, but your forum is in ruins when it comes to simple tasks. Logging out of the forum permanently. Stay cool.

Always use an external text editor for long posts on *any* forum. it saves headaches (and rage-quitting).

Taking off from Serebrov Station, Yakabugai - ship released and before I could use thrusters to move my ship exploded. Anyone else seen this? First time it's happened to me

It's the infamous "Jumping Station" bug, happening only in Open Play, likely (my guess) due to some harsh "lag recovery operation" that resync your position with the rest of the players on the server instance.

I've been hit pretty hard by it (5 jump in one session with 3 destroyed ships: I didn't play Open since...)

Yep.....I had the same three times! Ouch!

I've added a couple of server side changes to the original post:

- Stocked the Basic Discovery Scanner and Size 2 Class H Shield Generator modules in significantly more outfitting shops
- Many performance and reliability improvements

Michael

I've not played since last week so things might have been tweaked but any chance you could extend that tweak to throw a few more D/C class modules around too please? Particularly FSD and power generators and distributors. Trying to upgrade a Hauler has been an absolute nightmare for me so far (the Sidey and Eagle upgrades were also nowhere to be found).

Hi, it has happened to me too. 2 times if I recall well. The last time, today, I was playing in Open Play, the other I dont remember. Afortunatelly I was not destroyed, I was able to find a way out throught the station in a fast way :)
