Really? how much profits are we talking about? 30 cr?
almost downloaded. think i will reboot once done just make sure
Had a premonition that .01 was going to be skipped, I should play the lottery
It wasnt skipped, it went live earlier today, but it didnt show up in the update list-you could only find it by checking for an update
Even though 2.01 ran for me I had issues:-
1) Landing pad lights not showing consistently.
2) Commodity names in mission description and transaction screen showing as #$NameField #$Destination kind of thing.
3) I had to use Ctrl Alt Del and program manager to close the client on exit (black screen).
These were new bugs to me.

What about the issue with not being able to "accept" missions due to "fail to communicate with server" each time I/we tried to "accept" ?
I tried accepting a mission in Gamma 2.01 and it was the same thing for me, still "Fail to communicate with server" when I try accepting.... (the game do not crash I can still do the other stuff buy/sell and fly ect., just not Accepting a mission...)
And for me that's a huge part of the game so untill that's fixed I wont be playing 'cause it's just not as fun only buying/selling on the market and/or killing NPC's.... I NEED the missions

Try uninstalling then reinstalling completely. Worked for me...
the new launcher still reports 2.00 would it not be better if it updated to show the current version number so save confusion i think i can remember the old one accurately updating that.

Well Done! The Game is looking nice and polished.
Any chance of sharpening up the fonts on the main menu at start up? The fuzzy look make me want to keep cleaning my monitor every time I log into Game.

Ah yes, I opened the launcher earlier and expected to see 2.01 but never bothered to check for upgrades. Good, now I won't waste money on lottery tickets.
