There seem to be several problems with this release:
Problems exiting supercruise.
Problems exiting hyperspace
Outfitting joystick controls broken
UPDATE (Sunday)
The problems exiting SC and HS went away - perhaps these were associated with the servers rebuilding.
Seems quire stable now but the joystick issues in outfitting need addressing.

This error can be caused by one of two issues:
Firstly, can you retry downloading/installing the launcher making sure you run as administrator while all antivirus/ad blocker programs are disabled. Once this completes, please make sure to remember to enable any antivirus/ad blocker programs.
Can you also check your firewall settings making sure you allow the program to communicate through private and/or public networks. Be sure that you allow for both.If you do not permit both of these options then you must go into your firewall settings and allow the program to communicate through Windows Firewall, both for private and public networks.
A work-around is go to:
- Control panel
- Internet Options
- Connections Tab - Click the [LAN settings] button- Tick "Automatically Detect Settings" option and leave the rest of the ticket boxes blank.
Then right click on the launcher icon and 'Run as administrator '
If the above doesn't work please try syncing your PC's time to an online service, as follows:
1. Open up your Control Panel
2. If in category view, select 'Clock, Language and Region'
3. Select 'Date and Time'
4. Click the 'Internet Time' tab (top right)
5. Select 'Change Settings'
6. Click 'Synchronise time with internet server' with 'time.windows.com' as your selected server. Click 'Update Now'
7. Click 'OK'
8. Press apply if possible, then OK again

My launcher still says Gamma 2.0 as the latest update yet I just clicked to update. I thought there was some error and was having to re-install 2.0 until I checked here.

Anyway, all works great here since 2.03. I'll go ask for some of my current tickets to be closed. (And open a new one about sometimes rings being visible through the planet in system view.)

The game has worked beautifully for me. It set my graphics to medium instead of high, but everything looks much better and runs smoother. I have a couple of small things to ticket but the support site is bugged. When I click New on the ticket options nothing happens.
Went into "New" support site and put the tickets in there, don't know if that's right. Old site appears to have no way of entering tickets.

my opened issues so far are:
1) index.html can't be loaded in the game launcher causing no Ads to be displayed
2) inside orbital stations - from time to time the landing pad "holo display" with the number disappears and comes back after few seconds.
3) from time to time when leaving SC the sound (both music and sfx) break for a second
anyone has the same?

Thank you, just done that and edited my original post. Anyone know how to complete a courier mission where I was offered the chance to abandon it by a strange ship at a USS. I ignored this and continued, but now the mission won't appear on the BB so I can't complete it.
