Could you now try loading up in Solo rather than open play?

Ok on the launcher when i hit play NOTHING HAPPENS!! What the hell is going on?!?!

open the task manager, you probably have a ELITEangerous Executable (32bit) laying around, kill it and the play button should return (not that it helps with the spinning ship)

I got through the spinning ship eventually, then got a could not matchmake with server disconnect. and now spinning again......

I waited 5 mins on spinning ship but it got in eventually.

^^ this ... 2 posts up ... I let it spin for at least 4 or 5 times longer than normal ... kept spinning

Never had this before ... spinning on and on. .. re-launch did nothing to help

I restarted computer ... restarted game ... no luck ... dead in the water for now ... on to something else for a while.
