For lack of anything better to do, I started thinking about the Galnet articles on the stolen DBX.
From said articles, we can extract the following info:
So, we're looking at a place that's far from the bubble, nice and bright, and has something to do with guardians.
My immediate guess was the EORL AWSY AA-A H72 nebula over in the Empyrean Straits. It's far, it's near the core (where it's bright), it's got guardian stuff in it. I held out little hope (it's a pretty dark-looking nebula, not much chance for a "radiant" area of space) but...
That looks pretty darn radiant to me. I'll search the guardian structures in the area - who knows, maybe I'll see a DBX somewhere. Does anyobody have any other potential ideas on where to look?

- He stole a ship fitted for long jump range
- His visions were similar to Halsey's visions. There's been some tinfoilery knocking about the forums and the Elite subreddit suggesting that these visions may have something to do with the Guardians.
