Your Feature Request / Idea
Something else I would like to see is a gate that has a path connection through it. There are times I would like to compartmentalize certain areas of a park, either for thematic purposes like keeping guests away from ranger centers and ACUs, or just to provide more layers of containment should a dino breach their paddock.

While an additional gate piece would be one way to do this, I think the best method would be a researchable building improvement that allows gates to be build over paths, or that causes paths to cease interacting as obstructions (or being obstruct able). Improvement to the gate is probably less likely to have undesirable unforeseen consequences than improvement to paths.
 
I kinda did this on Isla Sorna (will show screenshots, I promise)

Since all the buildings in this area are not guest facilities, there are no visitors.
