When you submit the form for a group do you get an email confirming submission?

I don't recall ever getting one. Yet the faction I submitted is pending in the latest batch. Guess mine didn't warrant any feedback.

Last days of July. Don't remember exact date as I never got a confirmation email, but I sure remember it being before the new August restrictions entered into force.
