Hello Team,
I would like to see some improvements with the functionality of ship kits. Currently, they are only cosmetic. [ugh] They do NOTHING in game. They are NOT visible in the HUD display, landing display or the opening "ship spin" when the game loads. I paid real money for these and I would jut like to see them more often because they are great. [up] Please don't get me wrong I love the visual design of the ship kits and want to see all ships in the game have an associated ship kit and scavenger style kit available for purchase. But to encourage and to justify the expense please give us more in-game benefits.
As for the in-game functionality, they should provide at the least maneuverability enhancements. But this could be expanded into hull reinforcement, shield enhancements, extra weapon/counter measure mounting, etc. Then you could go and get "special" engineering mods from the engineers for the way the ship is truly customized.
And while I've got your ear...could we please get some modding community content for paint jobs. Some things that I have see from the community on other games (Forza cough, cough) have been truly beautiful.
