I posted this idea in the suggestions and ideas section yesterday not knowing it already was a thing 
Some additions/ideas
- Have your park map reachable through inventory/menu such that you can track your park's progress. (I think already mentioned but would really like this!)
- Labels like "NEW ATTRACTION!" for your latest rides.
- I like the generated aspect. I think a map builder might be too much to ask. You could maybe have a few "layers" or "filters" or "themes" in which your park will be transformed into the park map.
- Including multiplayer aspects, your map could include labels like "Fasters diving coaster in Europe!" or "Longest junior coaster in The Netherlands!". Since this will most likely not happen a lot, you could include the ranking --> "345th highest hanging coaster in the World!".
- These rankings could possible tie into marketing campaigns, or simply increase the visitor amount to your park based on ranking.
- If the statistics for rides are implemented, you could of course include some filters, e.g. the coaster has to have at least a fun factor larger than x.
Generating the park map shouldn't be too difficult to implement (paths just track x,y location, for buildings consider the x largest buildings and take the footprint, flat rides and shops have pre-defined sprites, coasters are a bit trickier...)
