Genome library improvement

1. Add Dinosaur counts by species in Genome library, so we can know how much dinosaurs of each species we have in the park.
2. Add a hotkey that will open Genome library.
3. Add a button on top of control room screen that will open Genome library.

If you open the map, click the "Dinosaurs button", and open the sidebar, you'll find a full list of all the dinosaurs in your park. We know it's not an easy number that you can just glance at and instantly know, but it should give you an overview nonetheless

I don't think it's an appropriate way to count your dinos. It takes a bit to scroll down plus if we don't name every single one and replace each one, then we're reduced to counting one by one down the list. A number total on the genome screen on the picture of the dino, the in corner somewhere would be a helpful way to assess how many of each species we have.
