Alpha or Normal Version?
Normal Version won't get their Keys yet
I bought the game through steam, the Thrillseaker Edition, can i still play alpha 3?

If nothing else works then I suggest you do a support ticket straight away and link everything to this forum and explain what you have tried etc

you purchased via steam then NO you only get BETA access
if you purchased via the frontier store contact them they will help you
When the game is released I would imagine.
I redeemed an alpha key code on the Frontier Store two days ago... Now it's just a matter of time before I'll get the key on the "My Key Purchases" section of the store... for now it's "You have not ordered any steam keys." The distribution is random or the key will be given before/after some days? I read that the keys are being done in batches.

Maybe they did not anticipate someone gives an alpha code AFTER the end of sales of the alpha.
You are in a fault of the system I think ...
