i have the same problem.. i bouht early bird (deluxe edition) in may so i don't think we do anything wrong

Same problem, ( with the same early bird edition), all afternoon But now, I don't can login in frontierstore, the server is down or not responding.

3 hours ago, I received the mail with the link (get to steam key) to frontierstore, I linked, me steam account, but all time in ‘My Key Purchases, I don't see any redeem code option.

Look at the top of the page just above the 'you haven't got any eligible products' for a click here link. As said above it may be that it's not got to the relevant batch yet (although I've already got mine redeemed and ready to go).

While i am waiting i am thinking of getting the upgrade to Coaster Head. On one side you have the fuzzy feeling of supporting the developers but on the other side.. The t-shirt and wristband don't look that great and i expected a better design [shocked]

I've often thought of upgrading to the CHC, the t-shirt, wristband don't interest me tbh, I'm more interested in the type of future content members get to see, if however what they get is posted on FB, Twitter whatever just a few days later, then I can live without it......any CHC members care to say what advanced stuff you get to see that we don't......or are you not allowed [mouth shut]

Guess i have to be patient too. Got the Email with the Red Button wich lead me to the frontier store wich greeted me with: "You have not ordered any steam keys." [cry][cry][cry]

Did you check for a 'click here' link directly above that text?

There is nothing above that text to click exept the diferent parts of the Store. no "click here" thingy

It may be that they haven't generated your key yet.

Another thing to look for on the left hand side is 'My Key Purchases' - if that's available, click it.

Same here. I got reply from the support where they asked me to wait until tomorrow and try again if it works then.
