Ghostbusters levels

I finished chapter 3 of the Ghostbusters challenge but I am not moving on to 4. Does it end at 3? I thought I read someone talking about Chapter 4. Any help would be great. Thanks!

There is a chapter 4. What kind of state are the objectives in? What happens if you close Planet Coaster and come back to the save game?
