Give us back the slight pause when scrolling past the 'top' of navigation panel

The navigation panel used to have a slight hard-pause if you scrolled past the top before it wrapped around to the bottom, and another hard-pause if you scrolled past the bottom to wrap around to the top. Now it just scrolls balls-out in either direction....I don't like it.

Can we have the slight hard-pause back?

Yes, it's a small thing, but very annoying.
I doubt if this was an intentional change, just slipped through when they rejigged the Nav panel.

It sometimes did...but not all the time. Really annoying. I agree, be nice if that was always the behaviour regardless of the fact that it hasn't been even before the patch.

Yep, seems the NAV Panel is the only one affected, would be neat if we got that top/bottom scroll stop back.
