Hm, just rechecked and indeed it's gone.
I remember it being the very 1st Anaconda Paintjob available - but there was no mention of it being temporary/exclusive/limited in any way (?)

All the metallic paint schemes have been that way. In the case of the Viper and Cobra, they did indeed say it was a limited edition skin that wouldn't stay around forever.
Soo i just hope we can see it again maybe around the new year fuss? ... oh... finally have my conda and loving it to bits... i guess Squadron paintjob will do for now
They haven't brought back the Viper chrome skin which disappeared on Nov. 22nd, 2014. I wouldn't hold my breath.
As above all is true. I can confirm bright yellow is better than gold though:
And the lavecon flames special are better than either:
Totally confirmed to make it go 10% quicker

I do have my metallic vulture; but I've moved on from playing that ship.
The Anaconda is in the future and shiny would have been, well, shiny.

Every time i see the Anaconda i want to leave my Federal corvette. Anaconda is such a lovely ship.

You could always just step out behind your 'vette's back from time to time. Just don't call one by the other's name.
Correct. They are for being at the Lavecon real world event. There were 3 last year I believe. That was expanded to 6? this year. Presumably there will be even more next year.
Part of me thinks its amazing that such love gets put into the Pax/lavecon etc skins but part of me wishes they were more available for people, they are damn pretty

Yeah, but then I look around the Betty's Core Dynamics bridge, no hanging wires, no scuffed leather, really points up the poorer build quality of the "pride of the Faulcon-Delacey shipyard".
Hopefully we will get some options with 2.3 to customize the bridge.
Though I won't hold my breath. That's exactly the sort of feature refinement that FD seems to fall flat on.
The Anaconda is a beautiful ship, though. Mine is gold [big grin]. But it's really a yacht. A big yacht, one that can haul around a decent amount of cargo (like many large terrestrial yachts) but a well-armed pleasure craft at heart. Compare the Anaconda's spacious, open bridge to the compact, low-volume bridge on the Corvette and you know the Corvette is a ship of war. One designed for comfort, the other designed for utility. Now if only I could get a chrome skin for the Betty . . .
