Good dedicated tritium mining build?

I'm thinking of setting up another miner but this time dedicated to tritium, ie able to harvest the maximum quantity of it in a certain time.

I'm thinking along the lines of "plenty of lasers and collector limpets" and to forego a seismic charge launcher (as I don't think tritium cores are a thing?). Something along the lines of this?

Any thoughts / suggestions?

Nope, there's no tritium cores. Tritium can be mined only on sub-surface. And I think you need a second sub-surface displacement missile launcher. One will run out of ammo pretty quick.

My Python has 2 C2 Mining Lasers, 2 SSD launchers and an abrasion blaster. C5 & C3 Collectors, C1A Prospector, C4 Refinery and C5 Shield. 200t cargo capacity.
On an average session will fill that 200t and the refinery in around 40 minutes. As I don't mine close to civilisation, guns are not needed.

Oh, I didn't know that. Thanks. I stand corrected.
A good 'rock' with 4 ssd and high % Tritium can yield around 30t in a few minutes work. I'll not bother laser mining a rock less than 10%, only because the couple of minutes for a few extra tons could be spent blasting the next rock.

That's almost exactly how my Python miner is set up. I only carry 1 ssd so I can go after cores too when I run across them. I found a double tritium plus grandidierite lap near Colonia so I do like to crack open cores when I do find them in between feeding the carrier.

The better question is what are the best tritium fishing holes...
Depends on where you are at. In the bubble the Bellite system is my go to. Everywhere else I just look at type G and K stars and hope for a double or triple. There are some sights that are logging locations out in the black but you'd need to ask Google about those ;)

There is a 'nice' hotspot on Buzhang Ku 4 or 5 (I am not in the bubble to check currently) which is none too shabby too. Also a good selection of more valuable 'core' rocks to make having the 'core kit' setup rather than just SSD kit.

I do the same when LTD's are paying well as my favourite spot has a LTD hotspot almost next to the Tritium one,

Thanks for the tip, will check it out the next time I take the carrier back to the bubble.
If you are into a variety, check out EOL PROU FW-U D3-456 C9 (the only ringed world in the system) It has triple overlaps of ltd's, opals, a big tritium spot and my favorite spot is on the outer edge of the rings. It's a ltd, alexandrite and grandidierite triple that are practically on top of one another. After you dss it the whole ring just lights up. It is just about 498 ly from Centralis so it's a convenient one jump for a FC.
I just left there a bit ago and make sure you take a carrier, C9 is 300k+ from the main. I already tagged it with my FC cmdr so it's out there for anyone interested. Enjoy!

This exact build of Anaconda makes a really fast laser miner - the trick being this exact build which makes use of the forward cargo hatch speeding limpet travel a lot
Else, you can run a Cutter with 3 mining lasers and 9 Collectors, but you need to make sure you almost touch the asteroid with the Cutter's Nose.

Another fast miner is a Python (again because of forward position for the cargo hatch), but less cargo means more time wasted to go and unload
