Good resource extraction sites within one jump (~20 ly from Cubeo)?

Just set your galmap filter to show low pop refinery economies, and check system maps til you find one with a set of metal rich, metallic, or rocky rings.
Low pop generally means lower security, so the RES are more likely to be overrun with pirates.
You might get a few duds, but it shouldn't take too much searching with those criteria to find a good system.

You post a question asking for specifics on conditions that are relatively rare and expect an answer within an hour? Space is a big place buddy -- chances are you wont find your ideal RES within your desired 20 ly of said system. Follow IronGremlin's advice and good luck on your hunt.
Actually, I remember the good old times when I was "stationed" at the Columbus station (in orbit around Io) in Sol system.
It was a short ride to the extraction sites on both sides of Jupiter's rings, and I had some awesome time there.
Unfortunately, I'll likely be blown out of space if I go there now days, since I have acknowledged my duty of allegiance and sworn my loyalty to Miss Princess Aisling.
But it's still a good tip for all you alliance scumbags out there

Well not 20 ly, but in a 70 or so. Saw the system last night, got a mission there from Mauusk. Think it was Hulang, but unfortunately didn't write it down. I do remember it being a crazy place though. The first "planet" from the jump-in star was a Class L Dwarf with a ring system and like 3 RES sites.
Ok, I found a nice one in system HIP 10587. It's only 31.22 ly from Cubeo, so good enough. In the system there is a big blue gas giant planet with rings with extraction sites. There is a nearby station (Russel Enterprise) orbiting one of it's moons.
Would be awesome to see some "hollow markers" on my radar some night over there!
